The original building (Phase I) was built in 1989. It has 65 one-bedroom apartments and 63 two-bedroom apartments. There are 32 one-bedroom apartments in Phase I that are subsidized by the Province of Manitoba under Manitoba Housing's Rent Supplement Program. Eligible residents occupying these suites pay rent based on their personal income.
The remaining suites are financed via the Life Lease method and are operated on a not-for-profit basis. A new addition (Phase II) was built in 1999. It has 60 apartments and offers six layout variations, as well as the option of indoor parking.
